ATLANTA (February 2008) – Twigs and Lace, the charming gift and home accessories shop located on Main Street in historic Alpharetta, is holding a special event on Saturday, March 1, featuring some of Atlanta’s top chefs from the popular Atlanta Cooks at Home cookbook. This exciting event will also feature the Junior League of Gwinnett and North Fulton counties’ cookbook, At Your Service. From 12 p.m. to 3 p.m, patrons can enjoy an afternoon of meeting Atlanta’s top culinary talent, trying scrumptious samples, strolling through the shops of downtown Alpharetta and taking carriage rides pulled by beautiful Clydesdale horses. Chefs Jay Swift and Barbara Pires featured in Atlanta Cooks at Home will be on site at Twigs and Lace to sign copies of the cookbook and share some of their culinary masterpieces. |
